How Tri-State Roof Pros works

Tri-State Roof Pros is a roofing lead service. We are the front door. The roofing work is done by a licensed local roofing company we partner with, and you are told their company name before anybody comes to your house.

What we do

• • Take your request, with your ZIP code and what your roof is doing.
• • Send it to a roofing company that is licensed for work in your state.
• • Make sure somebody actually calls you back and the visit gets set.
• • Keep a record of the call, the visit and the price you were given.

What the roofing company does

• • Inspects the roof, and the attic when they can reach it.
• • Takes photos of every problem area and goes through them with you.
• • Gives you the repair or replacement price in writing.
• • Does the work, and carries the license, insurance and workmanship warranty for it.

What we will not claim

We do not borrow a partner's reviews, license or job history and call it ours. We do not post a customer photo or a review until that customer says yes. We do not post a job in a town where we have not done one. If something on this site is still being confirmed, it says so.
